Donna Leach, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Donna Leach, Au.D., is a Board-certified Doctor of Audiology with over 30 years of experience. She is the owner and founder of Hearing Solutions, a private practice located in Marietta since 1991. Dr. Leach is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and the Georgia Academy of Audiology. She is actively involved in community issues as a member of the Marietta Rotary Club and frequently speaks to community groups on the diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss and tinnitus. You can read her weekly column, "Audiologist's Corner" on Mondays in the Marietta Daily Journal. She is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, and resides in Marietta with her two daughters. Michelle Conway

Audiology Assistant/Patient Care Rep

Michelle Conway joined Hearing Solutions in January, 2005 as a Patient Care Representative. She completed her certification as an Audiology Assistant in 2008 from Nova Southeastern University. Michelle was born in Florida and raised in Louisiana. She received her degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, where she was a member of both the softball and volleyball teams. Lauren Greenwald

Patient Care Rep/Marketing Assistant

Lauren Greenwald serves as a Patient Care Representative and Marketing Assistant at Hearing Solutions, and has been working with our company since the spring of 2007. She is currently enrolled at Kennesaw State University pursuing a degree in Human Services: Case Management. Dawn Frendt

Billing Coordinator

Dawn Frendt joined the practice in 2008 and is responsible for all insurance verification, insurance billing, and accounts receivables. She has over 25 years of billing experience and will gladly assist you with your insurance benefits and questions. Lisa Johnson

Patient Care Rep Lisa Johnson rejoined the practice in 2011. She previously worked for Hearing Solutions for 5 years and has 14 combined years of medical experience. She was born and raised in New York, moved to Georgia in 2000, and currenly resides in Hampton, GA. She has a handsome husband, three beautiful children, and a four-legged grand-dog named Storm.
